Each evening ended with the warmth of the cozy fireplace in our luxuriously spacious casita, overlooking the breathtaking mountains. The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home.

However, the lighting was quite poor in the bathroom and along the walkways, which made for a few cautious evening strolls back to our casita.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

The bungalows were fantastic, offering breathtaking views and cozy fireplaces for chilly evenings. Daily nature walks and engaging activities enriched our stay wonderfully!

Dining choices felt somewhat limited, and prices on the menu leaned towards the high side.

My partner was unwell during our stay, and we faced challenges with extending our checkout. The hotel was fully booked, leaving us without an alternative room when he needed it the most. To add to our frustrations, I requested to exchange the extra cocktails we received for Coca Cola, but that request was denied, resulting in an unexpected charge.
